Easter in Photos

This past Easter was one of the most fun I can remember, minus a major mishap for our Drew.  He suffered a broken collarbone while quad riding on Saturday.  Needless to say it was not a fun weekend for him.  Poor kid.  He is doing much better today and is quite resilient.  Hopefully he will be back to normal in no time!

But the weather was fabulous, my sister (& bestie) was in town, the cousins were reunited and in less than 24 hours we managed to squeeze in as much candy eating, egg hunting, cousin loving, Pop hugging, scavenger running and laughter as we could.

Later in the day we had a much more subdued dinner at Nan's house.  Since our other cousins are in high school those get togethers tend to be a little tamer, but fun all the same!  It was truly a wonderful day to celebrate our risen LORD.

The angel said to the women, "Do not be afraid, for I know that you are looking for Jesus, who was crucified.  He is not here, he has risen, just as he said."
